The kind of conversation I give to myself (mentally), largely determines the quality of the life I live. Given an adverse situation, it is far more easy for me to pep talk a friend and lift up their spirits, than do the same to myself – well, usually, I would end up reprimanding myself. Should that be?

Positive and empowering affirmations; giving a motivating pep talk to myself, no matter what, is a manifestation of self love and self care. Much required, especially when the stakes are high and morale low. How meditation is a beautiful form of this positive self-talk, thereby helping to connect with the Higher Source is the core concept of this session.
